I joined the Library 2.0 Ning and the Teacher Librarian Network and added the icons on the right. Wow, there are a lot of different groups to join. Will explore some of them in Ning during the next couple of days.
I tried several of the 2.0 Awards. I want to play some more with different tools, but will save that for the summer. I like the PBWiki. Although it would cost us an annual fee for the full features, I think the free version is clean and easy to use. I see a lot of potential in a library wiki. Especially allowing students to collaborate on best resources for research projects. I also think this is a great tool for teachers to use to create an inquiry-based project that requires research.
